As the CLMP emphasises on walking, standing, taking stairs to increase physical activity, are these considered as moderate intensity physical activity? Are there any criteria to define moderate or vigorous intensity?
I'm interested in the four season diet suggested in the Chinese Lifestyle Medicine. While it's good to have cool down food in summer and body recovery food in winter, what kind of food would be recommended to eat during autumn and spring?
